Growth on marketplaces is rarely a single lever. These are the real starting points, the actual interventions and the outcomes they produced.

From launchpad to 25× peak growth
A pure-play online grocery brand scaled through disciplined setup, performance marketing and media expansion.
The first two months were dedicated to foundational setup and listing hygiene, with zero ad spend. Once the foundation was ready, initial campaigns were activated and continuously optimised.
Ads established the first performance baseline. The major inflection came with Meta ads in month six, followed by sustained growth and a later television campaign that drove the 25× peak.

From channel leakage to a controlled multi-channel business
A traditional manufacturing-led brand converted an online risk into a structured digital growth engine.
The brand had largely ignored D2C channels, while unauthorised distributors began selling counterfeit products online. The immediate priority was protection, cleanup and establishing official control.
Official accounts were set up, listings were cleaned up and counterfeit sellers were aggressively removed. With the channel stabilised, sales scaled from 2× to 5× and ultimately 7×.

Turning a neglected SKU into a category contender
An existing Amazon business used sharper positioning and demand-led focus to create a new growth story.
Despite strong overall revenue, the brand did not own a clear category leader. A non-focus SKU showed strong underlying demand and became the opportunity to build a differentiated winner.
The strategy focused on consumer psychology and visual anchoring, using a blue-led visual language and sustained targeting to position the SKU directly against the established category leader.

Doubling monthly revenue through product-market fit
A stalled Amazon Global account was reset through market research, portfolio changes and more precise targeting.
The brand had flatlined around a £1,000 monthly revenue ceiling despite being active on the marketplace. Simply increasing ad spend on stagnant inventory was not the answer.
Category search demand revealed gaps in product-market fit. The portfolio was reshaped with targeted new SKUs, improved pack sizes and configurations aligned with more precise ad targeting.
